1. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms are in addition to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s EULA shall prevail.

2. Use of the App

You may use Reel Wrap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property rights)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or abuse the App

3. Content & User Responsibility

3.1 User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to create, edit, export, or share video/media content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership over content you create using the App.

3.2 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you create, edit, export, or share
• Any music, audio, video, images, or media you use
• Ensuring you have the necessary rights/licenses and permissions
• Compliance with copyright and other intellectual property laws

We are not responsible for copyright violations, unauthorized use of music/media, or legal consequences arising from exported or shared content.

4. Music & Copyright Disclaimer

Reel Wrap may allow syncing videos with music or audio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any audio or music. We do not guarantee that exported content is copyright-safe for commercial or public use.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (if applicable)

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled solely by Apple, according to Apple’s policies.

6. No Account & Data Storage

The App may be used without creating an account. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your content. Deleting the App may result in loss of locally stored data.

7. Intellectual Property

All app-related assets (excluding User Content), including the app name, logo, UI/UX, code, and templates, are owned by Reel Wrap or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Wrap shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, copyright claims, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App, or remove/restrict features, at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
